You deserve to feel supported from pregnancy through birth.

Birth can be exciting, overwhelming, unpredictable, powerful, and deeply personal—all at the same time.

As your birth doula, I'll be there to provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support before, during, and after your birth.

Together, we can prepare for the experience you're hoping for while also talking through the possibilities and helping you feel prepared for changes along the way.

My support generally includes:

Prenatal meetings and birth preparation
Discussing your preferences and creating a birth plan
Comfort measures and positioning during labor

Overnight Postpartum Support

You take care of everyone else. Let someone take care of you.

Those first weeks with a newborn can be exhausting. Sometimes what a family needs most isn't another person telling them what to do—it's someone who can simply be there.

As your overnight postpartum doula, I can provide calm, attentive support throughout the night so you can get the rest you desperately need.

Depending on your family's needs, overnight support may include:

• Newborn care and soothing
• Bottle feeding or bringing baby to you for nursing
• Diaper changes and settling baby
• Helping establish comfortable nighttime routines
• Light postpartum support
• Reassurance during those overwhelming nighttime hours
• Giving parents protected time to sleep and recharge

My goal isn't to take over your role as a parent.

It's to give you the space to rest while knowing your baby is cared for.
