Full-spectrum doula care acknowledges that support is needed throughout all stages of the reproductive experience—not only during birth. Whether you are facing a major transition, navigating a difficult decision, or simply looking for someone to walk alongside you, I offer individualized care centered around your needs.
My approach is rooted in listening, honoring your autonomy, and creating a space where you feel safe to express yourself openly.
Support may include:
Emotional support and a compassionate listening ear
Informational support to help you explore your options
Advocacy and assistance with communicating your needs
Comfort measures and practical support, when appropriate
Help preparing for appointments, transitions, or difficult conversations
Referrals to additional community resources when needed
Every family and situation is different. Our time together will be shaped around what feels most helpful and supportive to you.
Compassionate care through every chapter of your reproductive journey.
Bereavement Support
Holding space for love, grief, and remembrance.
Pregnancy and infant loss can be an incredibly isolating experience. Whether you have experienced miscarriage, stillbirth, termination for medical reasons, or the loss of an infant, your grief deserves to be acknowledged and your experience deserves to be honored.
There is no right or wrong way to grieve. Your relationship with your baby, your experience of loss, and the way you move through grief are uniquely yours.
I offer compassionate, nonjudgmental support to families navigating pregnancy or infant loss. My intention is to provide a gentle presence during an incredibly difficult time, helping you feel less alone while honoring your wishes and the memory of your baby.
Emotional presence: A compassionate, nonjudgmental space to share your feelings, memories, fears, or questions.
Advocacy: Support in communicating your wishes, preferences, and needs to your care team.
Memory-making: Gentle assistance with keepsakes, photographs, handprints, footprints, or other meaningful ways to honor your baby, according to your wishes.
Birth and loss support: Emotional and physical comfort measures, as appropriate, during a pregnancy loss or birth involving loss.
Partner and family support: Space for loved ones to process their own experiences and find ways to support one another.
After-loss support: Continued emotional presence and practical support as you navigate life after your loss, including referrals to additional resources when helpful.
There is no expectation to make memories, talk about your experience, or grieve in a particular way. You are always in control of what support looks like.
Whether you want someone beside you in silence, someone to help you navigate the next steps, or someone to help preserve precious memories, I will do my best to honor what you need in that moment.
Reproductive experiences can come with complicated emotions, personal decisions, and circumstances that may feel difficult to share with others.
My commitment is to provide inclusive, respectful support without imposing personal beliefs, expectations, or assumptions. You deserve care that honors your identity, values, choices, relationships, and lived experience.
You do not need to explain or justify your feelings to receive compassion. You can show up exactly as you are.
I believe meaningful support begins with listening. I strive to create a calm, welcoming environment where you can feel comfortable expressing your needs and making decisions that are right for you.
My care is guided by three core values:
Meeting you with kindness, patience, and understanding, especially during vulnerable or uncertain moments.
Respecting your right to make informed decisions about your body, your family, and your experience. My role is to support you, not to make choices for you.
Offering steady, attentive support without judgment or pressure. Sometimes support means helping you find answers; other times, it simply means sitting beside you.
As a doula, I provide nonmedical support and do not replace medical professionals, mental health providers, or other specialized care. When additional support is needed, I can help you explore appropriate resources.
There is no timeline for grief, no single way to process change, and no requirement to have everything figured out before reaching out.
Whether you are preparing for a difficult experience, navigating loss, or looking for support afterward, you deserve care that recognizes the person behind the experience.
It would be an honor to learn more about your needs and explore how I may support you.
You are worthy of compassion in every chapter of your journey.
