About Us

My name is Jes Hopfer. I am a queer doula serving the Austin, Texas area. I also am the founder of Eden’s Garden. I have a lot of passion for navigating the healthcare system

and of course, pregnancy and labor support. Although I support many types of pregnancies, I have specialized my practice to support parents going through more complex pregnancies, as everyone is deserving of birth support and autonomy.

My wife, Sydney, is a huge inspiration to me. They loved, held, and lost our first daughter, Lilly, before we met. Lilly has now been showing herself in the most

beautiful parts of nature for six years. Remembering her always, we will be planting lilies in the garden we build for our rainbow baby, who we will name Eden.
